Colony, developed by DKAS BookNow Pvt Ltd, is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors.

2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Colony explicitly and strictly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct involving minors
Child Grooming: Any behavior intended to manipulate or coerce minors into sexual activity
Sexualization of Minors: Any content that sexualizes minors in any way
Sextortion of Minors: Any attempt to extort minors using sexual imagery or threats
Trafficking of Minors: Any content promoting or facilitating the trafficking of children
Inappropriate Contact: Any inappropriate communication or contact with minors for sexual purposes

3. Age Requirements

Users must be at least 13 years old to use Colony
Users between 13 and 18 years must have parental/guardian consent
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA compliance)

4. Content Moderation

We employ proactive measures to detect and remove violating content:

Automated content scanning and filtering
User reporting mechanisms
Manual review of flagged content
Immediate removal of CSAE content upon detection
Account termination for violations

If you encounter any CSAE content on Colony, please report it immediately:
